Company Background – Introduction
Network Ventures and IT Consultancy Limited is a business
re-engineering firm
and a Supplier of Advertising Display Media, renovated/refurbished
agricultural 2-wheel tractors and accessories from the United Kingdom,
Implementation of Software Development through partner software developing companies
in India and Singapore, and the sales of Internet Networking Equipment’s.
We supply advertising materials and
accessories of HTL Advertising Company, Hong Kong China. This we do on a pre_order
basis. A business model of our business is the designing and
development of e-commerce websites through our partner software developing companies
in India and Singapore; designing and developing e-commerce websites for corporations,
small and medium size enterprise and individual business entrepreneurs.

partner of Massey Fergusson renovated and refurbished two wheel tractors, through
Dumelow International supplying heavy agricultural machinery from the United
Kingdom. We are a registered company operating under Ghana company code, 1963 (Act
179) granted in June, 2010 founded by Frederick

Ventures & IT Consult offers business re-engineering and business supplies
services to small and medium size companies in Ghana. It also supplies/distribute
refurbished two wheel tractors from the United Kingdom on pre order basis to
local farmers and small scale agricultural businesses.
Partnering
with Software developing companies in India and Singapore, it designs and
develops e-commerce Software platforms for corporations, organisations and Ghanaian
entrepreneurs. Network Ventures & IT Consult’s objectives are to provide

Ghana the lack of agricultural machinery inputs by our local farmers makes
farming a less attractive business venture for the youth to engage in. This
puts off young Ghanaian adolescence from engaging or venturing into agriculture
as they see better methods of agricultural production in the media of how
developed countries uses Technology thus many of the youth migrating outside
the country. Introducing agricultural machinery to the local farmers in the
rural areas could boost agricultural activities in the country as a whole make
it a desirable career to indulge in by graduate coming out from the tertiary
institutions.
For
example, the integration of solar technology into agriculture we believe would
entice the youth with technological academic background to venture into
agriculture looking at the exciting ways to cultivate food crop and because of
this, Network Ventures & IT Consult researched into designing and
installation of smart solar drip irrigation system.

Providing
business re-engineering coupled with the procurement and supply of the latest
technological inputs & equipment’s for small and medium scale organisations
to boost their daily business processes in terms of efficiency and maximum
productivity is our core business model. For example, Network Ventures & IT
Consult provides quality agricultural machinery and the latest food crop
cultivation methods to agricultural businesses in Ghana by procuring
renovated/refurbished heavy duty agricultural machinery at very affordable
pricing and designing smart solar drip irrigation methods at a very low
affordable pricing. This it believes would enhance the farming activities
amongst local and rural farmers in food crop cultivation and encourage
employment of the youth into the agricultural sector.

Ventures & IT Consult procures and distributes HTL advertising materials
and display media from Hong Kong China for its clients to renovate/re-engineer
the way they display and showcase their products and services to the Ghanaian
public.
It
is partners to Dumelow International, a Massey Ferguson refurbished tractors factory
in the United Kingdom, distributing refurbished and renovated Massey Ferguson
heavy duty agricultural machinery. Network Ventures & IT Consult’s collaboration
with Massey Ferguson UK enables us to order and distribute quality refurbished
Massey Ferguson Tractors on a pre order basis shipped to the Ghanaian business
entrepreneur in the farming sector. It also offers consultancy services to
businesses engaging in re-engineering processes to increase efficiency and
productivity with the integration of technology.

Smart Solar Drip Irrigation Systems
Rainfall is the single
most important factor affecting food crop farming in Ghana and in Africa as a
whole. The smallholder farming sector has been experiencing decreasing maize
and other food crop yield due to the erratic rainfall patterns and the
non-uniform water requirement in all the growth stages of crop cultivation. The
competing use of water among different sectors (e.g. Ghana Water Company,
Ministry of Fisheries etc.) due to climate change has empowered us to design,
setup and install irrigation systems that would help resolve this problem.
To address the low
production of food crop cultivation, there is the need to develop irrigation
systems (surface and sub-surface drip irrigation) that meets the water
use and uniform water requirement of food crop cultivation in Ghana.
A drip irrigation system
produces healthy, fast-growing plants in the crop field. In fact, improved crop
yields were the primary force behind the designing & development of drip
irrigation for agriculture in Western Countries. In traditional watering
methods there is an extreme fluctuation in the water content, temperature, and
aeration of the soil, resulting in plant stress. Drip watering keeps the
moisture content of soil relatively constant and ensures that oxygen remains
available to the root system.

For many farmers in the
western countries, water conservation is the main reason for installing a drip
irrigation system. When you water your farm, your purpose is to water plants
rather than soil. Drip irrigation gives the farmer the ability to put water
exactly where it’s needed and keep paths and areas between plants dry. This
reduces both waste and weeding. Drip Irrigation can be regulated to disperse
the precise amount of water used during irrigation so that nearly all of it
remains in the root zone. Water lost to evaporation is negligible compared to
overhead watering. The usual consultation pricing, project design and
installation comes at a fee of $450 USD minimum to
$750 maximum per square meter of the proposed
farmland.

local agricultural farmers in Ghana. The tractors and accessories can be
supplied on used tyres in reasonable condition or on new tyres at extra cost.
The renovated Massey Ferguson Two Wheel Drive Tractors comes at an affordable
pricing at $12,000 USD
excluding shipping. Shipping the tractors to Tema port cost about GHc 9,500
(Ghana Cedis).

SOLAR PANELS & ACCESSORIES
People choose to install solar panels on their homes and or
business because they realize that solar power is good for the environment and
can save them money in reducing the cost of Electricity Utility Bills. The
current energy crises faced by the country has boosted this industry as more
and more businesses are resorting to solar and other renewable sources of

The Power Converter collects the power produced by the Solar Panels and coverts them Directly into Current (DC) to Alternative Current (AC). Alternating Current (AC) is the identical electrical power that we use in houses and offices from the utility grid.

BATTERIES
Excess Energy from the Sun are stored during on
peak Hours (When the Sun is high up in the sky) can be stored in an array
of Gel Batteries. Research Suggests that, the Gel Batteries are suitable for
affordable Solar Installation Systems because of the ability to recharge over
and over again without depletion. It is the cheapest way of storing
renewable energy compared to other Battery Storage Mediums.
5) INSTALLATION ACCESSORIES
Installation
accessories consist of the cable connectors, amps measuring instruments, fuse
boxes, fuses etc. The installation of a
10kilowat solar energy system which is enough to power a normal house hold
cost GH ¢55,100.00 which is equivalent
to $14,128 USD with a 15% profit margin on a single installation. Our survey
indicates that most working class middle Ghana can afford to install a 10kw
solar energy.

Product Returns 1. We undertake to replace any product delivered that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If a client wishes to return a faulty or damaged product, they must notify Network Ventures and IT Consultancy through our designated “contact details” provided on our Invoice or page. we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods.
Limitation of Liability 1. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by a client arising from product/s we have supplied.
